Dr. Paul Chapman is Senior Pastor and founder of Christian Community Discipleship Church. He is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. He gave his life to Christ at an early age, but did not begin living it until the spring of 1991. Dr. Chapman was licensed to the gospel ministry and ordained at First Baptist Church of Glenarden (FBCG) under the leadership of Pastor John K. Jenkins, Sr. While at FBCG, he served as associate pastor.
Dr. Chapman graduated from Regent University with a Doctor of Ministry degree (D. Min.) and Bethel Seminary of the East with a Master of Divinity degree (M. Div.). He completed the John C. Maxwell Certification Program recognized as a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker. He completed Leadership Courses at Regent University and Project Bridges.
Dr. Chapman has taught God's word in the prisons, halfway houses and correctional centers and preaches in churches in the Washington Metropolitan Area, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia and North Carolina. Dr. Chapman has held Revivals in Greensboro, North Carolina and Guyana, South America. He has been on short-term mission trips from 1993 through 2007 and served as team leader with his wife, Pastor Gail Chapman. He has spread the Gospel in Central America, South America, South East Asia, West Africa, South Africa, Europe, and Jamaica. Dr. Chapman held Men’s Prayer Breakfasts in Washington Metropolitan area, was keynote speaker for conferences in Atlanta, Georgia and Washington Metropolitan Area and held Leadership Training Courses for pastors and church leaders in South Africa and Jamaica.
A favorite scripture of Dr. Chapman is Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
He is married to Pastor Gail Chapman and is a father and grandfather.

Pastor Chapman has completed Spiritual Formation Courses at Bethel Seminary of the East. She has also completed Leadership Courses at Regent University and Project Bridges. Pastor Chapman earned the Certificate of Ministry Leadership from Regent University. She also completed the John C. Maxwell Certification Program and is recognized as a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker. She holds a certificate in Life Coaching for Women from Light University.
Pastor Chapman has delivered God's word in the prisons, halfway houses, correctional centers and churches in the Washington Metropolitan Area, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. God turned her heart toward the mission field in 1994. She has spread the Gospel in Mexico, South America, and South Africa. She and her husband Dr. Paul Chapman were team leaders for short-term mission teams. Pastor Chapman was a keynote speaker for a Women's Prayer Breakfast in Johannesburg, South Africa, and Women Conferences in Vienna, VA and Seat Pleasant, Maryland.
One of Pastor Chapman favorite scriptures is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
She is married to Senior Pastor Dr. Paul Chapman and is a mother and grandmother.
